Site plan or building location s to be provided by the owner to enable a site plan to be drafted. It is the owners responsibility to identify the location of the building from all boundaries. In the event the survey pegs are not on the site to allow this than the client/owner will need to organised a registered land surveyor to complete this.

Whilst QSM will assist with the council requirements such as site plans and inspections, QSM does not supply them. It is the owners responsibility to make themselves aware of the council requirements.
